b [Not a bug] Quarry drill sound / animation is laggy

Hi,
Description:

status of the drill shows: waiting for space in destination
but this is not static and is oscilating too quickly so the other status is not readable
animation of the drill is very laggy ..seems like 3 fps
sound of the drill also laggy as you can hear

ingame FPS 60, while making this video, the performance was lower. 35ish fps, but the result is same.

Tried without any adidional mods and the result is same.
Tried with different version of base game.. same result

Factorio: 0.18.16
Krastorio 2: 0.9.7
Creative mod: 1.3.3
Fnei: 0.3.0

Quarry drill --> chest --> loader or inserters
