b [Fixed] Advanced Furnace inconsistant values

If you compare advanced chemical plant and advanced furnace, you will see very inconsistant values. I dont say everything has to be 1:1, but look at this, comparing their upgradeboni:

module slots, both: +100%
production increase, chem x10, furnace x5
production per electricity, chem 0.95, furnace, 2.22
pollution per production, chem 0.25, furnace 4 (!)

This means, for example: using 1 advanced furance instead of 5 electrical furnaces, produces 4x as much pollution.

I think its a good idea if you have to pay the increase module slots with higher base electricity and
pollution, but in this case I think the values are unintentionally.

Id do it like this:

module slots, both: +50% (=3 slots)
production increase, chem x10, furnace x10(=20 crafting speed)
production per electricity, chem 1.5, furnace, 1.5
pollution per production, chem 1.2, furnace 1.2

20 crafting speed will break the game. But I understand the problem and will make a rebalance.
