EDIT: Had a power problem, but it wasn't obvious so i spent 3 hours looking at pipes and wondering why my light oil takes 200s to convert to petroleum.
New interface is still a bit confusing :)
Your pipes are full of fuel so it will not make the stuff unless you add some storage space for the fuel. So you are backed up with fuel. Also since you are making 3 different types of fuels. If any of the other 2 are full you will not be able to produce more fuel until all 3 are being used.
