A small runtime patch for Pollution Solutions collectors in Space Age saves.

Features:
- Refreshes Pollution Solutions collectors after loading a save.

- Optional rebuild-refresh mode preserves collector fluid contents.

- Designed as an addon patch, not a replacement fork, so the original loot system stays intact.

- Refresh method: Rebuild collectors

Enable supplemental collection only if the original collector logic still fails after load, because it may double-collect if the original mod is already working.
