It might be a dumb question.

But as others have pointed out, 20GB VRAM is a pretty hefty requirement.

Is there a way, somehow, to have sharper graphics with a lower requirements, something more close to 10GB VRAM?

Currently you can use my mod with the optional packages to select only some of the HD mods to save VRAM.
Alternatively, you can enter individual textures in the in-game mod settings, which will then be ignored (see mouse over explanation in the mod options).
Outside of the game, you can also try adjusting the sharpening and contrast in your graphics settings to optimize the image to your taste.

In the long run, it would be possible to scale the images by a factor of 1.5 instead of factor 2. I can't say if this would be a visual improvement over the vanilla game. That would depend on an experiment I don't have time for right now.

Instead of a semi-HD variant, I was able to significantly reduce the VRAM consumption of my mods. It's not quite 10 GB, but I would recommend about 13 GB.
Maybe it will work for you anyway.
