I figured non-stackable items might cause issues for the bulk recycler, but they actually didn't in vanilla or any of the mods I used, so I decided to ignore the potential problem against my better judgement. I'll download the mod and take a look myself and see if I can fix it.

I've released v2.1.2 which currently sidesteps the issue as opposed to fixing it entirely. Any item that is non-stackable is currently skipped in the bulk recycling generation function, meaning they won't function in the bulk recycler for the moment. I'll look into a better fix.
