g Fluid burner troubles

I am not sure if fluid burners are bugged or if I'm not setting them up correctly. Currently, I can throw down a fluid burner and liquid will enter it automatically. However it doesn't do anything else, I have no way to select any recipes and supplying it with liquids doesn't do anything. Is there a step I'm missing?

Edit: I believe I solved this after experimenting more. It appears as though there needs to be 500 of a liquid for the burner to activate. I've got these working now.

Fluid burners work from what I know. They work like vanilla furnaces, can be inserted only one fluid type at time, and will be burned only when the content reach 500 units.
