Makes weapon quality affect attackspeed and/or damage bonus
The way this works is the mod creating a seperate version of each weapon for every quality level.
When your weapon inventory changes, the mod then replaces quality weapons with the new versions.
When a weapon gets taken out of your weapon inventory, it gets converted back into the vanilla version
