Sorry but i can't update my mods anymore.
Most of my mods have a very unrestrictive license so feel free to take over...

This mod might be the solution!
Enemy corpses are automatically marked to be collected by your construction robots or you could simply walk over them.
Then you have to convert these Corpses or Wood into Lifeforce, which you'll use to mine Pixels (The lifeforce is used to imbue the pixels)
The imbued pixels are then used by supercomputers (with pretty high energy usage) to produce science packs that you'll need for all mod-added technologies.
The amount of Science packs per research unit depends on the amount of other science packs required by that technologies
Use Resource Spawning Ingame to spawn pixel ore in your existing savegames.
I suggest Robot Tree Farm if you can't get enough corpses to keep your research running.
It's compatible with all mods that introduce liquid science.
