Help I don't know how else to get water in order to progress, and I can't just ship it down from space...
edit: I don't know if its a mod I used or maybe I accidentally tweaked a map gen option... Either way, if there is a way to use a console command to unlock that specific technology that would fix it for me. I did meet the requirements for the next tech (that unlocks the Condensing Agricultural Tower) but it won't unlock until I find a cactus first. I found like 100 islands at this point and now I'm starting to think that I won't find one.
