Hm don't know if it's Wooden Arig mod's issue... will post there too...

Hi! Wooden Arig haven't been updated yet, also with the 1.7.5 update there is wood on Arig harvesting cactuses

Probably not, unless wooden Arig changes the cactuses to expand it in a new update :)
