It could be, but I tried installing the Adjustable Inserters Adjustable Quality and enabling all the settings and was unable to reproduce the error. If you really do just have those three mods installed then I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do, unfortunately.

I do not have Adjustable Inserters in my mod pack

When I installed this mod to my modpack it generates the error above I narrowed it to Adjustable Quality conflicting with Better Quality
(sorry my spelling isn't great)

I did some testing with the adjustable quality And better quality mods and if I Leave adjustable quality to their default settings It doesn't crash I tested a bit more And found out that if you adjust The level of quality items to 6 or higher Whether you adjust the uncommon level or the legendary level Causes the game to crash With better quality installed.

Tested it with Adjustable quality default settings and better quality mods Only Then Tested it with my mod pack and it works

Quality Lib has now been updated to 2.0.0 which should resolve this error. Let me know how it goes.
