One of your changes in the Vanilla Plus section is causing Space Age to load as a plain 2.0 game and not allowing any of the Space Age content at all. No space, none of the Space Age specific techs, and none of it even shows in as loaded in either the research tab or if you look in a cheat chest for any of the items.
