Moon Logic deprecated

Adds Lua-programmable circuit network combinator. Based on Sandboxed LuaCombinator and LuaCombinator2 mods. Probably won't work in multiplayer games.

When reporting bugs like lua crashes, be sure to include full text or screenshot of the error, rough steps to reproduce, or at least what was happening in the game at the time.
