A: usually yes

Q: Does it work with other mods?
A: It works with non content mods and small content mods. It should work on big mods as well.

Q: how hard is it?
A: It starts hard, gets harder and when you unlock modules it might get significantly easier. After planetary research it gets way harder tho. Hard as hell itself if you are unlucky.

Q: can I change mods during a run?
A: If you install a mod adding or removing a recipe or an technology, everything is rerolled. You may revert your change to fix the mod.
