No matter what random seed or map seed I try I can only get the robots' speeds to be 0 or 216. Mostly 0. Only other mods are space age, quality, and elevated rails. I'm checking the robot speed with the Factoriopedia. Also tried with a simple fast start mod and when 0 the bot comes out and just sits there without moving.
