Are you playing with other mods?

Got the same error and I suppose mods are the issue, yeah. I can see if I can isolate the mod that causes the issue but I have little time this weekend.

The issue arises in combination with the following mod:
https://mods.factorio.com/mod/skys-SA-simplified

Looks like it fails to update the roboport condition?

The issue seems to be the mods setting "Allow Roboports everywhere" disabling that loads Arig without issues!
