Outer Rim


Extends the gameplay on Aquilo, Paracelsin, Secretas and Frozeta. Creates more connections between the planets in this region, and adds a few new technologies to them. Secretas is now also playable, can be landed on.

g FTL Changes?

Something has happened to controlling the FTL Ships, which are a required dependency. They're now acting like land-based spidertrons, and keep getting hung up then flung backwards.

I don't seem to touch anything other than converting some of the ships into enemies. I'm doublechecking.

Any other mods interacting with them? I do know that muluna wanted to block them from space platforms.

I don't have Muluna. I tried just removing Spidertron Patrols, but that is required by Maraxis, which is required by Outer Rim, so now I just have AAI Programmable Vehicles affecting it and the ship works correctly.

Here's what it's doing while Outer Rim, Maraxis, and Patrols are enabled. It's like it has actual legs and they're getting hung up, because it'll fly just fine if nothing is in the way.

Maraxsis is not a hard dependency (never was and never will be), but both mods depend on spidertron automation.

Yay! Thank you. AAI vehicles just don't work as efficiently as a few federation cruisers.

Alrighty. They don't get hung up anymore, but I did notice a new thing. If you place them by hand then they move at normal speed but if placed by bots then they move really slowly. If you mine a slow one then place it by hand then it moves normally again.
