Extends the gameplay on Aquilo, Paracelsin,Carna, Secretas and Frozeta. Creates more connections between the planets in this region, and adds a few new technologies to them.

That won't matter. I recommend telling that mod to put a hidden optional dependency on the outer rim, so we can guarantee that it runs after this instead of being caught in the crossfire.
That shouls be a fix without having to modify either mod's code.
