Extends the gameplay on Aquilo, Paracelsin,Carna, Secretas and Frozeta. Creates more connections between the planets in this region, and adds a few new technologies to them.
There is a dependency between Outer Rim and Secretas-Frozeta orbit patch, and there is a conflict between Secretas-Frozeta orbit patch and Better Planets mod. I don't know whether the problem is on this mod or Better Planets, but It's clear that there is an indirect conflict between this mod and Better Planets. Please check this.
