Miscellaneous tweaks and items from smaller standalone mods

Currently adds the following options

Quality Agriculture & Cultivators

Quality 6 (Mythical Quality)

Extended Quality (for non-quality Space Age items)

Barreling Machine

All fluids can be barreled

Acid Weapons: Fight fire with war crime!

Honeypot: attracts biters within a radius of 500 tiles. Have fun!

GZ Personal Launcher Equipment: Launches grenades, landmines, and water balloons with autofire toggle. Includes Water Balloons.

GZ Wooden Platform: placeable over fluids including water and ammonia; optionally placeable over lava; optionally place any entity on gz-wooden-platform

GZ Bioflux Autofeeder: feed yourself bioflux on the move. If you are carrying bioflux, the autofeeder will consume it automatically, applying the effects of to the player

GZ Early Mech Armor: slow as hell, tiny grid, and can't pass over oceans (only shallows), but a mech armor is mech armor!

More options for science multipliers based on category (trigger tech, regular tech, infinite tech)

Burner inserters get a bonus to speed for higher-tier fuels if leeching is enabled in GIZMOD
