Tweaks
Each tweak can be disabled by a setting.
- Lightning storms are stronger.
- Lightning rods are behind a new technology. Solar panels are now used as the initial power on Fulgora, and are available from mined ruins. As with other Roc's Hardcore planets, this incentivizes a small science build prior to launching a rocket.
- Fulgoran lightning attractors are now minable.
- Character walking speed on oil oceans is increased.
