Roc's Hardcore Gleba

Tweaks to Gleba. Part of Hardcore Mode, though this mod is standalone. There are fewer tweaks to Gleba than other planets, as Gleba is already pretty hardcore.

Tweaks

Each tweak can be disabled by a setting.

• Gleba items spoil twice as fast.
• The heating tower requires agricultural science to research. As with other Roc's Hardcore planets, this incentivizes a small science build prior to launching a rocket.
