Tweaks to Aquilo. Part of Space Age: Hard Mode, though this mod is standalone.

Tweaks

Each tweak can be disabled by a setting.

• The starting island is smaller.
• Nuclear reactors can no longer be built on very cold planets (Aquilo).
• The Fluoroketone recipe now requires light oil instead of solid fuel.

We are looking for additional tweaks for Hard Aquilo.
