The mod "module-category-defaults" breaks Panglia's hidden beacon, I already had the same problem with Lignumis who added the same mod as a required dependency and I had to roll back Lignumis's mod version to one that doesn't require "module-category-defaults".
The problem is that the 5000% speed bonus on antilinear zones doesn't apply anymore with the mod "module-category-defaults" enabled (except on cloning vats for some reason).
This might be more of a Panglia issue, but since it is the same creator for the 2 mods, I decided to post it here.
