On Moshine, I cannot research the technology "Magnetism".
I already discovered "Silicon". Both Magnetism and Silicon have the same requirements (Mine Multi Ore). I don't understand why one technology is available and the other one not.
I mined the Multi Ore both manually and with electric drill.
Do I need to make additional effort to discover Magnetism?
Side Note: I use the Enable All Planets Lite mod.

Mine a lot more until some neodymium is mined. It's very rare so you should really place some miners and chests.

This is correct. The solution was simply to wait with the existing drills until the neodymium "appears".
Looks like the neodymium is not "rare" but rather becomes available from time to time for a short peroid of time.
