I'm up to Tier 5 cores and have boosted my 12 neural computers with them. But even at 9000% speed,. I'm only researching 1 science per minute (researching Tier 7 at the moment.)

Same here. Seems to be an issue with another mod. Can't find out which though.

I think it's intentional even though the author hasn't responded. This mod's end tech enjoy the full speed boost but it looks like the intermediate ones are just like a very slow AI learning to be faster over time... at least that's the headcanon I adopted.
