Hello! First, I want to say I love your mod! I have fully completed the planet, all the challenges, and the research. I enjoyed the challenges to sort all the ores and make systems to prevent the ores from clogging the system. The whole AI system is fascinating and requires a lot of thought and planning to prevent the unstable cores from blowing up! The music is nice, and the map gen is different from the other original planets.
I do have some suggestions.

Stone: I understand that the naturally generated rocks are a way to get stone, Iron, and calcite, however, I wish there was a way to possibly convert sand into stone. I do understand that you can make Concrete from sand, water, and molten Iron, which is one of the primary uses for stone, but it is very difficult to make landfill on this planet ( side note, I do know there's not a big reason to make landfill anyway). Just in the event people decide to try and do a starter run from Moshine first, that would be a nice convenience thing.
Power: I feel it is way too easy to get power on this planet. Solar is set to 4000%, and although you can't build accumulators, you just need to run a few steam turbines to keep power up at night. My first impression, Oh, I am going to need a lot of power for the AI structures and processes, which did not turn out to be true. I was able to run everything with pretty high throughput under 1.5G of power. I also noticed that the AI tiers (I love the concept), while increasing research speed, did not require more power. I think it would add to the challenge to also increase power consumption somewhat based on the speed increase. I would suggest either increasing how much power all the AI structures and tasks need or reducing how much power the player can easily generate. Steam is so abundant and is not used in large quantities for very many things.

Threat/challenge: I saw a previous comment about why no enemies, and you said that the unstable cubes are really the challenge of the planet. I would like to make the argument that is really not that difficult, necessarily. I am not suggesting you need an actual enemy, but more environmental challenges, more in line with the base planets. Gleba(Spoilage and wrigglers), Vulcanus(Demolishers, Lava Lakes, and mass Cliffs).Fuglora(Lightning, and small building zones), Aquilo(cold temps and needs to ship all base resources in). I think it might be cool to make Moshine have something similar to Aquilo's cold, but instead, it's too hot. Maybe require some structures to be water cooled or heat pipes to transfer excess heat from buildings, even if it's just for the AI stuff only. (It would make the most sense for the AI structures, as real-life AI data centers have to be water-cooled from all the heat.) It would also create a larger need for the steam geysers. I feel right now, Steam is so plentiful and not used in a lot. The starting Steam Vents I landed near are still around 2000%, and I only ended up using around 2-3 Steam groups.

Structures: I love the art and designs of the new buildings, I just wish they had some sort of functionality on other planets for something. All the planets from the base game give you a structure to help increase your efficiency in some category, with a usual 50% productivity. Vul, it's the Foundry, Fulg is the Electromagnetic plant, and Gleb is the biochamber. I don't have a lot of ideas of what one of your structures could "specialize".
Research: Right now, with how the AI cores research system works, you don't need vast amounts of other planets' research, yet at the same time vast amounts of the AI research don't help research anything outside of Moshine, I think it might be interesting to make the AI research station, a "advance" research station that can also take other science packs. It could research things faster if the player adds the AI cores and data training cells to boost the speed. You could make it a Middle ground between the regular lab and the biolab, or make it more effective as long as the player is using the AI core system.

End thoughts: thank you for making such a great mod It took me about 9-12 hours to "beat" the planet, and I tried to do it with only the resources available on the planet. It is very fun and a different system from the other planets! I hope you don't take any of my criticism too harshly, you are doing an amazing job! I can't wait to see what you do next with this planet!
