Enemy fraction could trigger achivement for a player.
Curently I'm playing with another moded planet - Castra. Castra enemy fraction could research technologies from all available list. In my playthrough it finished AI Core 10 and trigger achivement "I'm sorry Dave, I'm afraid I can't do it".
