g Error in "Cargo Rocket Silo" recipe?

I'm having some trouble trying to create the first "Space Science Pack" to make the "Cargo Rocket Silo".
If i understood the recipe is different in this MOD, it says that needs some Space Transport Belt which is unlocked by a research that needs the Cargo Rocket Silo....so is a circular dependency.......am i missing something?

What should be the way to get the Cargo Rocket Silo? Sending satellite to space only gave me Space Data

Ok, can't find a way to delete the thread, but it was my mistake. I needed to update the Mod to the last version.
