My character is unable to travel to a space platform because I haven't "discovered a planet via research", despite having Muluna available, and being able to send a platform to Muluna.
I've never played with Muluna before, so I may be misunderstanding what I'm supposed to do, but this seems to be a soft lock.
I was able to bypass it with a console command to unlock one of the planet discovery techs, but hopefully this post can help others down the line.
