While I definitely agree with the restrictions on crafting planet-specific resources from matter on different planets, I think it would be nice to remove that restriction for calcite, making it craft-able from matter on any planet. This would not be overpowered at all as it would only simplify things slightly by making calcite import from Vulcanus unnecessary, but it would allow access to foundry recipes while reducing interplanetary logistic dependence. On the megabase level, it could allow for significant UPS savings too.
