Hello,
I think that it while the red circuit recipe changes in K2, the recycling recipe should change as well. Currently it gives back Plastic instead of Electronic Components in Recycler unlocked on Fulgora.
Same on blue circuit where rare material is needed for the recipe but gives green circuit when recycled, along with most if not all recipes (inserters give iron gear instead of steel, refined concrete gives iron bar instead of iron beam, etc)
