The sand from Maraxsis is overwriting the Krastorio sand in the recipe to make concrete.
Edit: So Maraxis doesn't actually add the sand to the concrete recipe, that seems to be added by a third mod Silica & Silicon but it uses Maraxsis sand instead of K2 sand.
