This mod revamps Fulgora to be more difficult and interesting.
- Fulgoran lightning rods provide less power, while EM plants and recyclers need more power. But don't worry - the junk heaps are full of batteries! You can charge them on one island, then put them on a train to send them where they're needed. Compared to accumulators, batteries are a denser and more portable store of energy, and each charger/discharger has greater power input/output than an accumulator.
- The Fulgoran ocean is made of sludge which can be filtered to produce heavy oil, light oil, and many other treasures (garbage).
- Water/ice can no longer be found on Fulgora, so you can't use burner generators or nuclear unless you're dropping ice from space. Luckily, you don't need it. Oil cracking is never necessary. The recipe for holmium solution, which used to require water, now requires sulfuric acid salvaged from batteries.
- Electrophages are microbes that live in the Fulgoran lightning rods and ruins, feeding off lightning. Once you have science packs from Fulgora and Gleba, you can start breeding them using charged batteries, for a steady supply of nutrients to fuel local bio-industry.
- After electrophages, you can research fulgorite farming. Fulgorites are the pink coral-like structures that grow on Fulgora, formed by colonies of electrophages in symbiosis with a native crystalline fungus. They can be harvested and processed into holmium powder.
I recommend also installing Ocean Dumping by Galadedrid - because on the trash planet, where the ocean is full of trash, you should be able to throw your trash into the ocean. And who among us has not felt the universal longing to throw used batteries into the sea?
Note: I haven't tested this mod for balance at all. The amounts of ingredients/products of recipes will be adjusted after playtesting.

This mod is compatible with Any Planet Start - it is possible to win the game starting on Fulgora with this mod enabled. But it will be difficult, and some of the recipes you unlock will be impossible to use when you unlock them, e.g. you'll unlock recipes for oil cracking before you have any way to get water.
Most of this mod is not original to me. I'm putting together work from multiple other mod-makers and adjusting them to fit better together. This mod contains graphics/code/ideas from:

Known bugs: Quality battery chargers let you get free energy. I may fix this at some point. Until then, the fix is for you to simply not use them. Or use No Quality.
