Improves resistance for some things, increases health for players and vehicles. Cannon shells deal 4 times more damage. Flamethrowers consumes 3 times more. Lamps consume 60W. Mines line up with its grid. Nerfs cluster grenades. Rebalances attack range in order to make PvP defense easier when players are offline. Data-driven scripts, settings will be added later.
