With the latest update, Labs are uncraftable. They require "Transport Belt", and all we have are "Belt 1". Also, the recipe is extremely complicated and not craftable before some amount of science has already been done, requiring green circuits.

In the "Science" tab there should be a recipe for labs that requires Belt 1 and furnaces and such.
