b Containment Duct Issues

(updated a month ago)

The containment ducts will connect to the fusion reactor, but not to the turbines or the "Core vent" tanks, which means using the ducts for managing plasma and for storing tritium and helium gas is pointless as is. I don't know if one of my other mods is affecting them, but I doubt it.

Tangentially related: I see the "core vent" tanks only hold 1k fluid, which is the same as a containment duct. The description implies they'll automatically vent excess gas, but it doesn't seem like they do that? They seem like normal tanks with a capacity of 1k.

Core vent dont do automatically, and dont worth to do so with codes. But there u have the option to delete fluids. You need to see that plasma flux is a closed system of reactor and plasma generators, the role of core vent is just to let you delete plasma, wich u cant in reactor and generators.

Also UFP dont have storage tanks, and i dunno if that fit a plasma reactor, but open to sugestions.

Ok, just wanted to make sure it was all intentional! It feels a bit weird then that the core vents only hold 1k fluid when the ducts also hold 1k fluid and can vent. The ducts can hold plasma, but they don't connect to the turbines, is that also intentional?

its not, but necessary, thats happening cuse i did a band-aid to buff reactor throughput. Some day it will be fixed and we will not see plasma flux is ducts
