this planet/mod started killing the UPS of my game/save and I haven't even unlocked it yet

I can confirm that the issue still persists, even with a fairly small base. It appears that every few seconds there is a significant spike in the Script Update time that causes stuttering. Overall the planet needs serious UPS optimization, as I have only just started exporting a small amount of the first science pack and it is currently consuming more UPS than every other modded planet I have installed combined, and I have about 20.
