Am I only one that is stuck on this planet because when i place silo and click on it nothing happens?

lol i updated it and now it says: "Error in assignID: technology with nape 'panetaris-compression-science-pack' does not exist"

Check the responses in the discussion "Error when load mod" here, there is a tiny typo in the code that prevents the mod from loading. I fixed that typo locally, then the mod loaded, but ingame the rocket silo also didn't have an UI. I suggest downgrading and waiting for a patch, I'm sure the mod maker is on it.

Without a fix, sadly yes. For me Version 1.1.36 (Factorio 2.0) is working perfectly fine. You can get that version if you go to the downloads tab above and grab the fitting version, then put it into the mods folder. You can get into that folder very easely by typing "%appdata%" in the search bar, hit enter, then look for the "Factorio" folder there, then "mods". Drop the ZIP there, start the game.

But note that the update will change recipies so you may have to rebuild stuff if you update later.
