I'm currently trapped on Arig because the rocket silo won't craft rocket parts, as it says the rocket part recipe hasn't been researched yet. But there's no way to research the recipe as far as I can tell.

Even just a warning to players that they'll be stuck once they dropped down would be helpful.

I play multiplayer on my spouse's account and and couldn't turn off the settings in the menu related to sending things down from space, trapping me down there an entire evening to bootstrap a planet I was not ready to do.
