Hello, I made a Factory on Arig a few weeks ago, and was just about to go back and upgrade it, but suddenly it started sometimes denying cargo drops, so i found that the Cargo tech that there normally is, is completely hidden (can only find it when the popup tells you you need it, and in the tree its disconnected and darkened)
Have you encountered this before or am i missing something?
(It might be one of Rubia’s hidden techs forcing it to be hidden, but idk if it even has one)
