I was recently building a build of Better Planets, Rubia, and Atomic Arig.
I got the error "Error while running setup for space-location prototype "arig" (planet): Unknown decorative name: arig-small-cactus." After checking the changelog, I noticed that the cactus was removed in version 1.1.14. I installed 1.1.13 and everything was fixed.
I didn't think deleting a sprite could break everything.
