Adds configurable infinite research for late-game factories: productivity for intermediates, logistics items, combat supplies, modules, science packs, harvesting and breeding, modpacks and Space Age, plus repeatable player, robot, weapon speed, vanilla tech and overhauls, and cargo logistics bonuses. Designed for vanilla, Space Age, and overhaul mods, with startup settings to enable, cap, or rebalance each added research line.

LDS, plastic, processing unit, rocket fuel - these techs already exist in vanilla Space Age as infinite productivity techs, no need to add them as part of the mod.

Good news - vanilla recipes have all been deduped into the vanilla prod tech!

I am still getting dupes with the panglia planet mod enabled for rocket fuel and LDS, but I suspect it's because that mod introduces new recipes for these things since it only lists the panglia-specific recipes in the infinite tech (while vanilla lists ALL fuel/LDS recipes in its productivity bonus).

A minor thing, I can live with it, but maybe it's not too much of a stretch to tweak your mod to detect when a mod adds a recipe for something covered by an existing prod tech?
