QuingKhaos' Circuitry Tweaks

A collection of opinionated tweaks to many circuitry mods. If you don't like a specific tweak, each one can be disabled in the mod startup settings.

All circuitry stuff is properly sorted into its own tab if Schall Circuit Group is installed (not configurable).
