I think it is a language barrier unfortunately. It is likely machine translated answers too. Also curious what this mod actually does. So far I could not find any details.
Of course, not being a native English speaker can make communication harder, and I don’t want to dismiss that completely. But with current translation tools, basic questions like “what does this mod actually change?” or “how does it work differently from vanilla?” should still be understandable enough, especially for someone publishing mods on an English-facing mod portal.
The bigger issue, at least from what I have seen, is that this creator seems to rely quite a lot on AI-generated or AI-polished descriptions and images, has published many copycat-style mods based on other creators’ work, and when it comes to his more “original” mods, they often appear to be buggy, vague, or not very actively maintained.
In this case, people have asked several times for a concrete explanation of the mechanics, but the answers are still mostly generic phrases like “smarter tactics” and “strategic gameplay.” That does not really look like a pure translation problem. It feels more like the author either does not fully understand every part of his own mod, or has difficulty explaining his programming approach to users who are not already familiar with how he works.
That is a bit unfortunate, especially for someone who seems to enjoy releasing mods so much.
