Adds biters, spitters and pentapods (no behemoths) to Foliax, triggered by pollution (pollution added to Foliax).
New single nest spawns all enemies, with a fine-tuned evolution/spawn table.
Foliax specific recipes for weapons/turrets/ammo tweaked and all can be hand crafted or crafted in assembling machines.
Foliax infinite military upgrade techs, contain damage and speed modifiers for all weapons in that tier of research.

Foliax overhauls the acquisition of most vanilla planet unlocks.
Foliax has its own tech tree and a setting to adjust research costs for only the Foliax technologies.
Foliax has its own base materials (bars instead of plates) and many alternative recipes and items to craft.

-improved solar panel and solar panel equipment
-infinite tech: robot cargo capacity
-poison laser turret (useful laser turrets for space)
-burner biolab with no surface requirement (quality also effects science drain for burner biolab)
-production chain using all of Foliax's resources to produce promethium asteroid chunks

Brass Tacks compatibility:
-New planet flavored/restricted recipes for brass production on the vanilla planets.
-Changed the way brass gear wheel is created as to not conflict with space age recipes.
