what mods do you have loaded?
Icon sizes are set, and they are 32 not 64.. so one of your other mods is causing this I think.
I cant recreate this issue currently.
the modes it wants to disable are the following:
yuoki_F2
Stable foundations
dredgeworks
combat-mechanics-overhaul
reverse-factory-
plord prometheus glauncher
aai industry
bobinsterters
bobs inserters i know is safe.. but I not tested the rest of those.
I would turn off the others and turn them on 1 by 1 and see which one is causing it, like I said it does load fine so one of those are editing global icons.
dredgeworks appears to be the one your not compatable with, i was doing just that, one at a time

uh, thats ALOT of mods..
idk about that, pre 2.0 had alot more, not a ton to choose from with 2.0 so far.
so with that save.. enabling this mod works fine.. makes me think the issue is related to the settings for one of your mods.
hmm, odd, i will reset mod settings and see if that fixes anything
detail clearification i did disable yuoki to make that save, in case that was a question
so resetting that didnt change anything. same error. just disabling dredgeworks allows the game to load.
i loaded your save with yuoki loaded and had no issues.
Did some further testing, of the mods in the list, only dredgeworks being disabled allows the other to load. Heres the log file for further detail.

Here, this problem can be solved.
yea, that one is an issue with creative-mod ignoring the source icon size.
I still cant reproduce the original reported issues as I have loaded the full mod set from the supplied save file and added yuoki (and even the addon engines mod) and it ran just fine. this points to either settings in one of those other mods. OR something to do with the game engine itself with hardware configuration being a factor as well.
this mod now has 520+ downloads at time of writing and only these 2 bug reports of this issue.
It will likely be a common issue moving forward as many older mods simply don't have 64x64 icons and use the older 32x32 icons.
If I wasn't defining the icons properly it wouldnt let the game load the mod at all.. It was actually one of the first fixes I had to do to even get the game to launch at all.
not sure what all that means, not using the creative-mod. fully deleted my mod stack and redownloaded with same result. its like we are using different mods or something.
what version number are you running of factorio specifically.
It should tell you in the top left corner of the game when your at the main menu.
as for my other comments, there was already notes in past game updates that they patched some things related to other operating systems etc.
should be the most current version in steam, v2.0.14 build 79988
