So ive just been researching some of the early stuff but havnt came across any titan ruins yet, and i have been around the block a wee bit, are they just spose to be rare as shit or am I missing smthn cuz Ive been looking very thoroughly for about an hr now and havnt found anything to put my titan extractor on.

Commands
The mod has several in-game console commands, mostly they are cheaty, for testing purposes, but you may be interested:

titans-spawn-more-corpses – this one can be really helpful if you play with mods that add other planets or surfaces, like Space Exploration, Warptorio, Team Competition, etc. For now, such mods have no integration with WH40k Titans, so you won't find any wrecks on other planets to extract them. But this command can solve the issue!

Спавни или нет толку нету, текстур руин нету в моде, он чистит местность а руины не появляются как модель (проверил в редакторе). есть мысля как фиксить?

Titanic wrecks aren't usual objects, their sprites are added by code at runtime, hence it's expectable to see nothing with the map editor or god mode.

Anyway, if there are no script failing errors, I suppose, Factorio changed graphical API again (I've got submitted similar problems in my other mods) leading to invisible pictures of Titanic ruins. I haven't updated nor played Factorio for months, so, I'll need some time to update, then research and fix the issue.
