Why are silicon cells, one of the hardest things to manufacture, not available to make in EM plants but are in assemblers? I don't even care about balance, just make the recipe slightly worse to make up for the bonus productivity, it just really bothers me and doesn't make sense.

I'm really wondering, because in v1.0, I lowered the need for it a lot in recipes, and raised the output of sand

Not a bottleneck, I just found it kind of wierd
